An online roundtable discussion on the NED role and governance in employee owned trusts.
Board challenges and engagement of NEDs is nuanced to different types of organisation. This roundtable will discuss some of the considerations specific to NEDs of employee owned trusts – from understanding different pressures and perspectives to ensuring governance practices appropriate to the organisation.
This session is open to:
- Experienced NEDs and board chairs with experience in employee owned trusts
- Experienced C-Suite board members of employee owned trusts
NEDonBoard members are prioritised and attendance is limited as this is a small peer group discussion.
