7.03.2023 NEDonBoard Roundtable: the NED role on subsidiary boards

This roundtable will discuss some of the considerations specific to NEDs on subsidiary boards – including focus on the different pressures and perspectives, to ensuring governance practices appropriate to the type, size and jurisdiction of the organisation.

This session is open to:

• Experienced NEDs and board chairs with experience of subsidiary boards.

NEDonBoard members are prioritised and attendance is limited as this is a small peer group discussion.
