DESCRIPTION:This is an informal in-person networking event dedicated to connecting advisory board members with start-up businesses seeking your skills and expertise\, co-hosted by NEDonBoard\, Institute of Board Members and NatWest’s Accelerator Programme\, London.  \nThis is an exclusive event – open only to: \n\nMembers of NEDonBoard\nCohort members of the NatWest Accelerator\n\nNEDonBoard Members – Why Attend: \n🤝 If advisory board member roles with small\, scaling businesses are where you can add most value or you are interested to expand your portfolio to include start-up businesses\, then this session is for you. This event provides an opportunity to meet with business founders establishing or developing an advisory board or board of directors. Access roles which are otherwise not well advertised.  \n💫Businesses within the accelerator programme are at varying stages of board maturity. This event connects experienced business leaders\, supporting the development of businesses with successful and sustainable growth. Be part of this journey. \nThe format of this session is informal networking at NatWest’s Accelerator hub in London\, taking place in the ‘Kitchen’ with teas and coffees provided. You will be able to meet with start-up business founders in a relaxed environment\, to establish connections for follow-up in your own time. \n🚀 Tips: To get the most from this networking event\, we request NEDonBoard board members to share a succinct overview of how you can best support businesses in an non-exec or advisory board member capacity.
