She is currently an executive board member\, a non-executive committee member and a board trustee. \nGuest speakers: \n\nRashad Issa – Rashad is a Non-Executive Director\, strategy specialist and an operational quality\, governance & assurance expert. He guides the development and delivery of robust operational strategies for ambitious\, growing businesses.\nRashad is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and the Quality & Business Improvement Lead at the Baltic Exchange. He is also an advisor for the diversity\, equity and inclusion initiative with Project Management Institute (PMI).\nPaul Hetherington – Following a highly successful career as Director\, MD & CEO mostly in the manufacturing sector\, PLCs\, PE and privately owned businesses\, Paul has transitioned into a portfolio life. He currently sits on several high-profile boards. These include: the Industry Development Advisory Board (IDAB) which is a statutory body advising ministers on investments in commercial schemes between £5million to £8billion; Chairing Business East Sussex (BES)\, replacing the Local Enterprise Partnership which did a similar role to IDAB at county level; and Senior NED at Building Research Establishment (BRE Group)\, a circa £100M organisation.
