Core sales skill:
Transform contact to warm lead and warm lead to order. Convert our existing list of members to referrals. Ability to make 50+ calls a day. Consistency in following up. True to your words. Your three main focus are leads, sales & referrals. You are goal-orientated and used to doing the mental gymnastics to position our products to meet the need of our community, with experience to sell tangible products.
Core Marketing skill:
Ability to create a marketing campaign. Develop a script for our story. Ensure the right marketing message is provided to the right platform. Implement it in social media, online advertising, CRM tools. Engage with our members, update and consolidate communication across our channels.
Core human skill
People with great capabilities and personalities and positive energy. Ability to support the lot of things we do. Master the art of getting things done.

Our community consists of exceptional individuals: the majority of our community has between 5 to 20 years Board experience. You need to be comfortable to deal with HR, marketing department, companies secretaries or FTSE 350 CEOs.
