We are looking for an NED to join our board of directors to add value to the further direction and growth of our company.
Ideally you will have experience of SaaS or associated software businesses, HR or Recruitment services. Experience of up scaling businesses would also be an advantage as our priority over the next three years is to significantly expand our client book size.
As an investing NED with “skin in the game” we would want you to work with us in driving the company forward and share our passion in building a superb market brand.
Minimum expectation would be for you to be in attendance either in person or via conference call at one board meeting or more, per quarter. We are totally flexible on this as we appreciate that our ideal candidate will likely have other business commitments.
