Our client, the Rail Delivery Group (RDG) is recruiting a Non-Executive Director to join the Customer Propositions Committee, a senior decision-making body within the new governance model. This role is of significant importance, and as such will report directly to the CEO of the Rail Delivery Group.

The ideal candidate for this role will bring with them experience of working in sectors which focus on providing an exceptional and continuously improving standard of customer experience, an ability to provide a strong and challenging voice, and both current and previous career experience from outside the rail industry.

We would like to speak to individuals who have the ability to bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to customer experience in the rail industry, who have operated at a senior level in their industry sector, and who are able to commit to c20 days per annum to this position.
