Providing specialist mental health, learning disability, prison healthcare and substance misuse services to both children and adults across Sussex, Kent and Hampshire, we value working in partnership with others; leading by example, and encouraging innovation and high quality performance. We are committed to championing the reduction of stigma and working against discrimination for people with mental health problems.

We’re now looking for three individuals to join our board. One of the roles will be as audit chair designate and will need to be a qualified and a current or recently practicing accountant. You will join an established board that continues to drive the development and fulfilment of our strategic vision. We are committed to having a diverse board and you may have experience of NHS leadership and management, an understanding of the care of those with mental health issues, or general board experience. Whatever your experience in the public, private or charitable sectors, you will share our values and bring executive or non-executive experience of working in large and complex organisations with significant budgets.

You will be resident of Sussex, Kent or Hampshire and the time commitment for these posts is 3 days per month (on average) with a remuneration package of £13,000 pa.
