Artificial Intelligence in the board In June 2022, NEDonBoard hosted Sue Turner OBE and Markus Krebsz to share their AI governance expertise, focused on the use of AI to accelerate boards’ ESG journey and build sustainable business. We discussed the opportunities and risks created by artificial intelligence, the need for robust AI governance that incorporates ethics and questions for non-executive directors to bring up at their next board meetings. The session objective was for attendees to consider how they can, pragmatically, use AI with wisdom, integrity, and positive impact in their organisation(s).
