6.12.2022 NEDonBoard Online Workshop: Artificial Intelligence use cases

December 6 @ 8:30 am - 10:00 am

Online workshop for NEDs on AI use cases.

A practical online workshop to modernise board member understanding and enable NEDs to make more impactful board contributions.

In this small group, interactive 1.5 hour session, board members will get to grips with what AI is and its practical use in business.

Key learning points:

  • Understand what AI is and how it is being used in business today
  • Group discussion on case studies of AI in action, related to attendees’ business scenarios
  • Understand the vital role of NEDs in ensuring AI is used wisely and with integrity

A bespoke workbook will be provided where each delegate can capture key learning points and make their own action plan.

“If you don’t understand what AI is, how it can benefit your business and how your Board should be controlling it, you’re not alone. Most board members are in the dark about AI so they are failing to take advantage of these revolutionary tools. This session will boost your knowledge and confidence to ask probing questions so you can stimulate your organisation to use AI with wisdom and integrity.” Workshop lead, Sue Turner OBE.
